Our Chef, Marcin Tomczyk, a graduate nutrition technologist and privately a passionate traveler, advocates simplicity, harmony of flavors and freshness of products, which are a crucial part of Japanese culinary culture.
Our Chef's Menu is a combination of Japanese tradition and best European and American influences. We use only fresh, daily delivered fish and seafood and original Japanese products. Classics like nigiri, hosomaki or futomaki are our specialty. Main dishes along with innovative and unexpected combination of desserts will satisfy even the most demanding gourmets.
